D.I.F.O.T perhaps you’ve heard of the term. If not, in our industry it means ‘Delivery In Full On Time’. It is a measurement of logistics or delivery performance within a supply chain.
It helps freight companies and businesses measure whether the supply chain was able to deliver: the expected product in the quantity ordered by the customer at the place agreed by the customer at the time expected by the customer.
