A: I find the website subtrux.com to be user friendly and easy to navigate through. This software is very impressive and it’s like nothing I have used before. There is a lot more variety to choose from in this software where others are lacking in this area.

Q: How was the change across to SubTrux?
A: It was absolute easy signup, had signed up on the website, had an onboarding session with the support team and that was it. Started posting jobs and ever since it has been a delight to get access to the additional contractor base via Market Place.
Q: How do you integrate DMS to remove the current issues / enhance business (operation efficiency, cost reduction… )
A: The drivers are punctual when they arrive on pickup and also when they arrive at the destination which I am able to track on a live map feed. The customer can also receive a text message on when the driver is on their way and also be able to track them with a live map feed link.
